• Poplar does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or effectiveness of generated content

Poplar is not responsible for any consequences resulting from content created or published using the Service.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or generate using the Service ("User Content").

By using the Service, you grant Poplar a limited license to process, store, display, and transmit User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Poplar does not claim ownership of your content.

7. Third Party Integrations

In no event shall Poplar's total liability exceed the amount paid by you to Poplar in the previous 12 months.
